This week I will be talking about Filling in the Frame with composition.
This composition is used in a lot of in Wildlife and Sports etc. By filling in the frame you can show more interest in the action with no distractions.
When you fill in the frame, because of no distractions you the subject becomes the attention people know who you want the view to focus on.
I use this composition my self a lot. In Wrestling its focus your eye on the performers more so you see the action, aswell as some of the crowd.
I also use it to get close to the Insects and Macro Photography like Close to a Leaf and defuse the background.
